Ocean View Funding Group Expands with a New Florida Office and Amplified Marketing Plan

Ocean View Funding is opening a second location in Tallahassee, adding an employee, and spreading its message to help serve more Floridians’ financial goals this year.

TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA I July 09, 2019 – Ocean View Funding Group recently opened a new office in Tallahassee, Florida located at 1400 Metropolitan Blvd STE 222, 32309. The new office is headed by Founding Partner and Senior Account Executive, Matthew Magrone who is relocating from the flagship location in Coconut Creek, FL. Magrone hired loan commercial loan account manager, Larry Thompson to help support the firm’s new clients. 

“Our firm is excited to open a new office in Tallahassee, where we see continued growth. The real estate market is better than ever and our attention to small businesses and residents who need financing the most stands out amongst competitors,” says Magrone.

Matthew Magrone has been working in commercial lending and real estate for more than 15 years. In 2018, he co-founded Ocean View Funding, which specializes in financing distressed assets and securing loans for homes, offices, hotels and investment properties. Magrone will continue to provide Ocean View’s entire suite of financial services at the new Tallahassee location.

To maximize the firm’s reach across Florida, Magrone recently partnered with digital marketing agency, Amplification Inc. Amplification co-founder, Steve Cabeza is confident that Ocean View’s client base will continue to grow along with its expanded marketing plans.
