Who We Are
Steve Cabeza’s personal and professional backgrounds are as diverse as his talents for marketing and helping his clients succeed. Known for big ideas and a knack for creating meaningful messages that amplify brands, it was a no-brainer for Steve to co-found Amplification Inc. and put his gifts to use everyday.

Genie White O’Loughlin oversees all things digital marketing at Amplification Inc., and she’s a native Floridian, through and through. Genie opted to leave South Florida and head for the panhandle to attend Florida State University, where she earned a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations.
Raquel Napier is Amplification, Inc.’s newsletter, email marketing, and SEO/SEM specialist. With more than 20 years of experience under her belt, Raquel has an instinct for analytics and passion for pay-per-click (PPC).
Heather Rivera is one of Amplification, Inc’s social media coordinators and content creation specialists. Since 2016 she’s been cranking out creative social media content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Fabiola is Amplification’s Project Manager, Copywriter and QA Analyst.
